Lee Smith - Director

Lee Smith, a co-founder of Gatehouse, is an award winning communicator with over 15 years' experience. Most recently he was Head of Internal Communication for Ernst and Young and previously he held senior positions with the HBoS Group and West Bromwich Building Society.

Lee is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), chair of CIPR Inside, a visiting lecturer at Wolverhampton University and Trinity & All Saints, and a judge on a number of major industry awards programmes.
